Tilapia Cutlet

A  quick and easy crumb coating makes this yummy tilapia recipe.  Enjoy the crispness of fried fish with a simpler and healthier recipe.


3 piece Tilapia Fish

½ cup All purpose flour

½ cup Bread crumbs

2 Eggs2 tbsp pepper powder

½ tbsp salt

Oil for frying

½ lemon


Season the flour and bread crumbs with salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs well.

Marinate  the tilapia with salt and pepper.

Dip the tilapia in the seasoned flour. Then dip it in the beaten egg.

Finally coat it in bread crumbs mixture

Heat  a pan and add oil. When the oil is hot add the breaded tilapia and shallow fry for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Serve with lemon slices
