Today’s recipe marks a milestone in my blogging career. Today I am publishing  my 200th blog post and it took me almost 2 years. The wonderful comments that kept coming by was my greatest inspiration. Let me say a big thanks to all my readers who visited my blog and subscribed to my page. It has been an exciting journey and without your support (with 31500 views) it wouldn’t have been possible.

In celebration of my 200th blog post here is a simple Peanut Nutella recipe that requires only a few ingredients and minutes to make. It is great on waffles or bread.


1 cup skinned raw peanuts

¼ cup cocoa powder

½ cup sugar

1/8 spoon salt

3 tablespoon vegetable oil or ghee

½ teaspoon vanilla


Roast the peanuts for about 10 minutes. Transfer it to a towel and rub to remove the skin.

In a blender grind the peanut to a smooth paste scraping the sides for about 5 minutes.

Add the cocoa, sugar, Vanilla, salt and oil to the blender and continue to blend for about a minute or continue until  it is well blended.

Store in refrigerator up to a week in a covered container.
