Eggless Banana Pancake

This banana pancake is soft, fluffy and delicious made without eggs. These make a great breakfast and can be made under 15 minutes.  This can be served with any of your favourite toppings like butter, honey, maple syrup , nuts or any fruits


1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 ½  teaspoon  baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ¾ cup milk

2 ripe large bananas

2 teaspoon melted butter


In a large bowl mix all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.

Stir in milk, vanilla extract , melted butter and the mashed bananas

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat

Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake. Do not spread.

Cook for 1 or 2 minutes. When the edges leave the pan flip it and cook on the other side as well.

Serve the banana pancakes topped with honey or with your favourite toppings.
