These cookies are crunchy and very cute. Kids love to have these type of cookies. So surprise your kids with this cute cookies.
Ingredients
200 gram All purpose flour
125 gram Butter
50 gram Icing sugar
1tsp Vanilla essence
½ tsp baking powder
Few Chocolate chips
Few Chocos cereal
Few Chocolate vermicelli
2 tbs Water
Method
Preheat the oven to 160 degree. Line baking tray with baking paper and set aside
In a bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder and butter. Mix well with your finger tips until it becomes crumbly.
Now add vanilla essence and 2tbsp of water make a dough.
Make small round balls with the dough and arrange in a baking tray.
Insert two pieces of chocos to form the ears, chocolate vermicelli for the eyes and a chocolate chip in the centre for the nose
Bake this in the oven for 10 minutes at 160 degree c. Allow this to completely cool.
Even if you feel the cookies are slightly soft, don’t worry it will be crunchy once it is cool.
