Broccoli Cauliflower Rice

Broccoli cauliflower Rice is an easy side dish.  It cooks and is ready in a flash for those who needs a side dish in a hurry. You can rice the cauliflower and broccoli  by grating it (either by hand or in a food processor). It’s a low carb, gluten free recipe that is also suitable for those following a Keto diet. You can try this delicious Broccoli cauliflower rice at home and enjoy .


½ kg cauliflower

¼ kg Broccoli

½ tsp salt

Pepper to taste

2 tablespoon butter or ghee or olive oil


Place the  broccoli florets in a food processor and pulse until the broccoli resembles rice. Do the same with the cauliflower. You can also grate it with hand.

Heat a pan and add  butter or olive oil. Add the grated broccoli and cauliflower Rice to it. Saute it in low flame for 5 minutes. (You can also microwave it for two minutes). Add  salt and pepper to it and mix well.

If you like cheese add cheddar cheese and cook until melted. ( I made broccoli cauliflower rice with out cheese.)

Spoon into  a serving dish and Enjoy.
