Raspberry Jam

This recipe requires  only 3 simple ingredients – fresh raspberries, sugar and lemon juice.  It is a quick and easy recipe free of artificial colours flavours and  preservatives.


6 cups of Raspberry

3 cups of Sugar

1tsp lemon juice


Place the raspberries in a large saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat, mashing berries with a potato masher. Boil for 2 or 3 minutes stirring constantly.

Add sugar and boil until mixture will form a gel for about4 minutes. Add the lemon juice and mix well.

When the jam has thickened remove from heat and transfer to a clean glass jar. Let it cool completely before refrigerating
