Tomato Juice

Tomato juice is a popular beverage that provides a wide variety of vitamins  and minerals that are essential for health including vitamin C, vitamin A, and B, Potassium and Magnesium. A glass of fresh tomato juice is delicious and satisfying. It is good to drink as breakfast or as a cool summer drink on a hot afternoon.


4 Ripe Tomato

3 tbsp  sugar

1 ½ cups of  cold water

6  ice cubes

A pinch of salt

2 tblspn lemon juice


In a blender add chopped tomatoes and sugar. Blend  well,

Then add one cup water and the ice cubes and blend  again.

Strain the mixture . Add extra cold water, pinch of salt and lime juice . Mix well.

Serve cold
