Cucumber Tomato Onion Peanut Salad

A Quick  recipe and healthy salad with commonly available ingredients like cucumber, tomato and onion. A must try salad recipe for summers. This salad gives a cooling effect when taken along with the meals. No menu is complete without a salad.


1 Cucumber chopped

1 Tomato chopped

1 Onion chopped

1 Green chilli chopped

2 tablespoon roasted and crushed Peanuts

1/2 teaspoon roasted Cumin powder

1 teaspoon Pepper powder

2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vineger

Salt to taste


In a mixing bowl combine chopped cucumber, tomato, onion and green chillies

Add vinegar, salt, cumin powder, and pepper powder

Toss it nicely and sprinkle with toasted and crushed peanuts and serve
