Ingredients:
4 cups – Puffed rice / pori
5 tbsp – Roasted bengal gram / pottukadalai
5 tbsp – Peanuts
3 tbsp – Cashew nuts
1/4 tsp – Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp – Amchur powder
Salt as required
Oil as needed
3 nos – Dried red chillies

method:
Heat oil in a pan, add red chillies and curry leaves, saute for few seconds.and keep it aside,Then fry cashews nuts, followed by roasted bengal gram and peanuts saute until they are slightly golden brown. Now heat one teaspoon of oil and add turmeric powder, salt, amchur powder , red chilli powder, fried nuts , red chillies, curry leaves and puffed rice little by little and keep stirring until pori pieces are well coated with the turmeric, red chilli powder and oil. Keep stirring continuously for 5 to 7 mins until pori becomes crispy.Allow them to cool and store it in an airtight container,
